Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
- We ship all across India but the shipping costs and timelines vary with your location
- We ship 4-5 business days from the date we receive the order. You will receive an email with all the details once the order is shipped
- Please provide the correct postal address so there are no delays in your shipping (pincode, mobile number, etc.)
- There are a few shipping options that we provide:

- Local (within Hyderabad & Secunderabad) is made through Porter/Dunzo
- Shipping outside Hyderabad/Secunderabad area is done with DTDC as we've had great success with them
- Incase your pincode is non-deliverable, we will contact you for another location or make a full refund
Return Policy
- We do not accept any returns and exchange of our ceramic products bought from our website and any custom orders
- Once an order has been completed and delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded
- The ONLY exception is that we will issue a refund is if your pincode/location can't be serviced by any of the shipping companies, or in the case of damages/breakages/incorrect item(s)
- Ceramics are fragile in nature and this policy is to ensure that our business doesn't suffer by fake refund requests
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Damages and Breakage
- We accept refund requests in the case of damages/breakages/incorrect item(s)
- In order to process your refund, please record a video of the unboxing of your order 'immediately' after receiving it and email it to us on sargapottery@gmail.com within 24 hours from when you received the order
- You can always delete the video in case everything is in good condition
- Any refund requests after that will not be entertained
Exchange/Replacement Policy
- In the case a product arrives at your doorstep damaged/broken/chipped, I can replace it with the same piece - please write to us at sargapottery@gmail.com, and I'll help you. In case the same piece isn't in-stock, I can make more for you - the production time is between 3-4 weeks
- The shipping cost needs to be borne by the customer in this case
