These mugs were made with brown stoneware clay on the pottery wheel and were fired to 1,200 degrees centigrade in an oxidation atmosphere. The glaze is food-safe. The mugs haven't been tested for dishwasher and microwave-safety. Handwash highly recommended with a mild detergent and a soft sponge.
