Jar (Cylinder - Wide) - White and Blue

This earthy and rustic jar has a matte-satin finish where glazed and compliments the bare brown-black clay beautifully. The inside of the jar has a white glaze while the outside wall is an overlap of a textured white glaze under an blue glaze. Perfect as a standalone decorative piece or for stylish countertop storage, its layered tones bring a touch of organic texture to any modern home.

The jar were made with black stoneware clay on the pottery wheel and were fired to 1,200 degrees centigrade in an oxidation atmosphere. The glaze is food-safe and dishwasher-safe. The jar hasn't been tested for microwave-safety so exercise caution. Handwash highly recommended with a mild detergent and a soft sponge.
