This rounded wheelthrown jar features a rugged, dark clay body, softened by a white glaze, mimicking the look of frost on stone. Topped with a misty blue lid, it serves as a sophisticated storage solution for jewellery, tea, or spices, or, as a decorative piece in your home.
The jar were made with black stoneware clay on the pottery wheel and were fired to 1,200 degrees centigrade in an oxidation atmosphere. The glaze is food-safe and dishwasher-safe. The jar hasn't been tested for microwave-safety so exercise caution. Handwash highly recommended with a mild detergent and a soft sponge.
