Bold and understated, this lidded stoneware jar captures the quiet beauty of scorched earth and shadow. The jar were made with black stoneware clay on the pottery wheel and were fired to 1,200 degrees centigrade in an oxidation atmosphere. The glaze is food-safe and dishwasher-safe. The jar hasn't been tested for microwave-safety so exercise caution. Handwash highly recommended with a mild detergent and a soft sponge.
